Silence of Shadows: Purification is an atmospheric psychological horror game.
You play as Caelan Paxton, a paranormal investigator who enters a mysterious location surrounded by darkness and supernatural phenomena.
Explore, investigate, and uncover the secrets hidden within the shadows.
Season 1 begins the journey.
Story
Do you belive in love at first sight? In the forgotten lands of Duskridge, Caelan Paxton, a paranormal investigator, receives a call from Ms. Wraith.
With John, Caelan travels to investigate Wraith's home where strange events have begun to unfold.
What starts as a simple investigation soon becomes something more.
Silence of Shadows: Purification - Season 1 follows Caelan's journey through a world of questions.

This game contains strong language.

During dream sequences, the player cannot move or perform other actions for a short time.
IF YOUR FPS IS LOW AND YOU BELIEVE YOUR PC IS HIGHER THAN MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS OF THIS GAME:
First of all, Close the game. Go to "S_O_S_SeasonOne_Data > Data > Config. Then, DELETE the file named "GameOptions.json". (GET A BACKUP FIRST, THEN DELETE.) Then launch the game again. It will reset your settings.
Disable Smooth Looking. And make sure Render scale is set to 1.
Antialiasing=DISABLED
Check display mode. Check v-sync, Screen resolution and Frame rate.

Unfortunately, it’s not really playable with an Intel i7-10700 CPU, 16GB RAM, and an RTX 2060. I turned down all the settings as much as I could. Standing still gives me 60 FPS, but as soon as I start walking, the frames drop and fluctuate between 25–45 or lower. My PC just isn't enough for it, unfortunately. Too bad.
This seems very unusual. I tested the game myself on an i5-3570K, 16GB RAM, and an RX 580 8GB, and my lowest FPS was around 30 FPS, no matter walking or standing. In hotel it could reach 100 FPS.
So, You said "I turned down all the settings as much as I could." And, maybe you change Vsync settings in a bad way.
First of all, Close the game. Go to "S_O_S_SeasonOne_Data > Data > Config. Then, DELETE the file named "GameOptions.json". (GET A BACKUP FIRST, THEN DELETE.) Then launch the game again. It will reset your settings.
Because you're getting around 60 FPS while standing still but dropping to 25–45 FPS as soon as you start walking, I don't think we should immediately assume that the hardware isn't powerful enough. This kind of behavior can also be caused by settings or something being triggered while the player is moving.
